How it works

1

Log an expense or income

Only the amount is required. Category, note and receipt are optional.

2

Add a bill or subscription

Set the name, amount, category and due date. Make it repeat monthly or split it into a fixed installment plan and track its progress.

3

Get notified before it's due

Gastify warns you before bills are due and updates your balance automatically. No manual math.

Why we don't connect to your bank

Automating your spending means you stop seeing it

When an app reads your bank, every expense logs itself and none of them register with you. Logging what you spend takes two seconds and does the opposite: it makes you look at it. After a month it's automatic; after three, you know where your money goes without opening the app.

That's why Gastify will never connect to your bank.

Everything you need to control what you owe, spend and earn

Recurring payments

Add rent, electricity, internet or insurance once and Gastify brings it back every month.

Expenses and income in one tap

Log what you spend or earn with just the amount. Category, note and receipt are optional.

Reminders before the due date

Get notified before every bill is due and pay on time, without the late fee.

Installment plans

Log a purchase split into 12 payments and track your progress at a glance (3/12), one by one.

Subscriptions, utilities and bills

Organize by category: subscriptions, credit cards, utilities, insurance and one-time payments.

Private, no accounts

Your data stays on your iPhone. No user accounts, no bank connection and no ads.

Frequently asked questions

Gastify is an iPhone app that tracks your bills, subscriptions and installments, and lets you log your daily expenses and income. Add a recurring payment and get a reminder before it's due; log an expense or income with just the amount and watch your balance update instantly.

Yes. The free plan includes unlimited expenses, income and one-time payments, up to 10 active recurring payments or installment plans at once, unlimited custom categories, reminders, the monthly view and history, exporting your data, and shows no ads. Gastify Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that lifts the recurring limit and adds advanced reminders, receipt attachments, a metrics dashboard and advanced CSV export.

Your balance is the sum of all your logged income minus the sum of all your logged expenses. It updates automatically every time you add a movement, and you can adjust it manually if it ever doesn't match reality.

No. Each income entry is logged the moment you receive it. Only bills and subscriptions can be marked as recurring or split into an installment plan.

No, and that's deliberate. Gastify never asks for your bank credentials or reads your transactions: you log the payments, expenses and income you want to track. There's a reason beyond privacy: when an app logs your spending for you, the data gets automated and your attention goes with it, so you stop noticing where your money's going. Logging it yourself, even if it takes two seconds, is what keeps it in view. It's built to track accounts, due dates and subscriptions without handing anyone access to your bank.

Yes. Gastify is local-first: your information is stored on your own device. There are no user accounts or logins — you can lock access with Face ID or Touch ID, and the app shows no ads and does not sell your data.

Yes, you can export all your information anytime and import it back if you switch phones. Gastify doesn't do automatic backups — the export is always manual, whenever you decide to do it.

Not for day-to-day use. Since your data is stored on the device, you can add bills, log movements and check due dates without depending on a constant connection.

Yes, and it's included in the free plan. You log the purchase with the number of installments and the first due date, and Gastify creates each installment with its own due date and shows your progress (for example, 3 of 12). Each active plan takes one of the free plan's 10 slots, same as a recurring payment, and the slot frees itself up once the plan is paid off.

You can choose between US dollar (USD), euro (EUR), Mexican peso (MXN), Brazilian real (BRL) and Colombian peso (COP). The currency applies across the whole app and can be changed anytime in settings.

Gastify is available on the App Store in nearly every country, and the app is translated into English, Spanish and Portuguese. It's currently iPhone only — there is no Android or web version.

A budgeting app asks you to categorize everything you spend so it can analyze your habits and enforce per-category limits. Gastify is simpler: it tracks what you owe, spend and earn, with no budgets to maintain and no charts to check every day.
